I am a wife and a mother of 2. I enjoy roller skating, singing, and volunteering in the community. I have a love for all things esthetics! I am always a student of life so I’m constantly learning new things. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge you agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed. PAYMENTS All major payment methods are accepted. However, we do not accept Venmo and CashApp as viable payment options unless it is setup as Google Pay or Apple Pay on your smart device. We do have a card reader if you’d prefer to enter a new card or if you’d like a touchless option upon checkout. If you opt to bring cash on the day of your appointment to pay your remaining balance, please bring exact change as we do not keep cash on site. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS We have increased our already stringent sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure your safety. The treatment area and all high touch surfaces are disinfected thoroughly between each client. We ask that you wash your hands in the restroom upon arrival. Sanitizer is also available for your use. Please do not bring any additional guests/pets/children unless they are being serviced or you have gotten permission to do so. If you do, you risk your appointment being cancelled. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT All appointments must be made online. Reservations submitted past close of business hours for the following day run the risk of not getting confirmed. A credit card is required to book/hold your appointment time. Please be mindful of this when booking. All clients must pay a retainer upon booking. This amount is deducted from your total. The retainer is based upon the services that are booked. If the card placed on file declines for the retainer, this will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be banned from future booking. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please understand if you cancel your appointment, your retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be needed. Allow 24 hours of notice should you decide to cancel. We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur and try our best to be accommodating. No call/no shows will not be allowed to book in the future. A late fee of $15 will be applied to your balance after 10 minutes lateness and subject to cancellation. We recommend arriving at least 10 mintes earlier to avoid any unexpected delays while en route. This gives enough time to freshen up upon arrival in the powder room, do a brief consultation, and decide the best option for you! CANCELLATIONS / NO CALL / NO SHOWS You are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment online 24 hours in advance. Anything after that is considered a same day cancellation and the remaining balance must be paid. There is a 15 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled and 100% of appointment charge. Charge will not apply to future appointments. All charges must be paid before re-booking or you will risk being banned from booking. LASH CLIENTS Please arrive MAKEUP FREE with no strip lash adhesive, dirt/residue, or lashes from previous lash techs. Failure to do so may result in lash bath fee, poor lash retention (lashes falling off sooner than they should), or refusal of service. If you have lashes from a previous artist, please book a removal and full set as I am unable to go over other artist’s work. Anything past 2.5 weeks is no longer considered a fill. If you are receiving a lash fill, please ensure you have at least 60% of lashes remaining or you will be charged for a full set. Lash bath kits are available for purchase after your appointment to keep your lashes clean in between fills. It is highly recommended to purchase a kit to avoid poor retention. *By opting out of purchasing the lash kit, the client assumes responsibility in the event there is an issue with poor retention due to not cleansing the lashes. Should you have any questions or concerns prior to your appointment feel free to call/text us at (904) 372-6891. WAX CLIENTS We understand that waxing can be an intimidating experience. Your comfort and modesty are our number one priority. We recommend at least 3-4 weeks of growth or 1/4- 1/2", whichever comes first. This is very important for your first wax and especially true for body waxing (ie. Brazilian, bikini, legs, arms, underarms, etc). When there is insufficient growth the wax is not effective at removal. If the hair is too short when you arrive for your appointment or if you discontinue the service after it has begun, please note that you will still be charged full price for the scheduled service. FACIAL CLIENTS All of our facials are both relaxing and results oriented. We customize all facials to your skincare needs. While we specialize in treating acne, hyperpigmentation and other skincare concerns primarily seen in melanated skin, we treat several skin concerns and skin types. Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Anything after that is considered a same day cancellation and a fee of 100% of the total amount with be billed to you.
There is a 15 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled and you are billed 100% of appointment charge. Charge will not apply to future appointments. All charges must be paid before re-booking.
